Molly was raised in Pennsylvania. She began her professional stage career at the age of thirteen, at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods the actress won a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. Following her Broadway debut at the tender age of 15, she reprised her part and was awarded a Drama League Award. Molly appeared in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Following her graduation at Princeton University, where she graduated with the degree of B.A. on Religion, and was a Triangle Club member, Molly was a student at Princeton University. In this period that she made her film debut in Disney s College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. She also appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly was able to begin her professional career after having completed her Off-Broadway stage debuts, including End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has been in several regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and Westport Country Players' show The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly's most notable role is in Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) as Ali the teenage daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual County Spelling Bee in 2008.
